About ZMA

Our school is operated by Master Instructor Enrique Garcia who comes to West Palm Beach from Cooper City, FL where he managed a school for many years along side his teacher and mentor Grandmaster Daniel Baez. Master Garcia started teaching martial arts some 30 years ago.

Our programs for children focus on Life Skills and Character Development through Taekwondo training. These include our Martial Arts classes, After School, Spring and Summer Camp programs.

Adults and teens learn effective striking through Taekwondo and Kickboxing training on Mondays and Wednesdays. For students ages 16 and up we offer our Hapkido Self-defense program every Tuesday and Thursday. Students can choose to train and earn a black belt in one or both disciplines.

Our After School Program offers a safe option for your child while you’re at work. Students learn Taekwondo, have fun, make friends and gain valuable Life Skills such as RESPECT, FOCUS and SELF-CONTROL.

A safe and well-structured program for your child to enjoy all summer giving you peace of mind while you’re at work.

Our life skills martial arts Summer Camp Program will keep your child engaged and having fun training in martial arts, playing structured games and relaxing. Our camp runs daily for 9 weeks of summer from 8am – 5pm.
